Our survey, which is filled out online and has a native, easy design, will help you first of all assess how ready you are to search for an object, it will allow you to identify blind spots in your beliefs. After filling out this questionnaire, you may realize that you do not have answers to all the questions yet, or you may even be surprised that there are questions that, for some reason, you did not ask yourself, but they are very important. Do not regret your 15 minutes and fill out your brief - it will significantly facilitate and speed up the search for your ideal object, just for you. The result - a formulated and expressed in writing request according to the SMARTER methodology.
Agreement on basic terms
Our main reward is calculated based on a rate of 3% of the property value, but cannot be less than 3000 euros. 50% of this amount, 1500 euros, is paid as an advance after 2 months of cooperation or upon viewing more than 20 properties selected and viewed based on your criteria, based on the completed brief. Optionally, we also offer you to include in the contract a condition that will motivate us to achieve a reduction in the price of the object. This condition is called a reward for success. Our additional reward will depend on the reduction in the price of the object, which we can obtain in the negotiation process. Most of this reduction will be for you. The result - a signed contract (Mandate).
Real estate search
Yes, with us it is not a boring activity, but an exciting journey! We will provide you with virtual tours of the places of your future property, 3D photography, classification of objects by essential criteria, rational analysis of various scenarios, hypothesis testing, and financial calculations - all this will facilitate your choice and contribute to making the right, optimal decision about purchasing. The result - a formed and expressed in writing, in tabular form, a list of objects with a quality point assessment according to all essential criteria.
Making a counteroffer
So, when our internal briefing makes a choice, it can be one or several objects, we make a counteroffer to the seller. Depending on the current market (seller's or buyer's market), a decision is made on the policy of bargaining and price limits. In a word, we try to get such prices that the commission fee paid to us is fully compensated. The result - an offer accepted and signed by the seller. The date of signing the preliminary contract at the notary is set.
